My Brother’s Keeper: Building a Culture of Growth at XJA

My Brother’s Keeper: Building a Culture of Growth at XJA

At Xavier Jesuit Academy, we are excited to introduce our new fitness program, called My Brother’s Keeper-a fitness and wellness program designed to strengthen both body and mind. We kicked off this program this week, and our students are already showing enthusiasm and commitment as they begin this new journey.

This initiative inspires a lasting culture of accountability, motivation, and teamwork-helping students turn daily habits into lifelong strength. Through the program, students are paired together to encourage one another in all areas of life-from healthy physical activity and nutrition to sleep, discipline, and daily consistency.

Each brother is responsible for motivating his partner, offering positive reinforcement, and holding one another accountable for staying on track both in and out of the classroom.

Our goal is to create a community where students learn to uplift, support, and inspire each other-developing habits that lead to success, wellness, and strong character. At XJA, we’re not just growing competitors; we’re growing brothers who lead by example. We encourage families to support this challenge at home by reinforcing healthy routines, positive habits, and words of encouragement. Together, we can help our students grow in both body and spirit.
