The Spring Social is Xavier Jesuit Academy's signature annual fundraising event, bringing together donors, volunteers, and community partners for an evening of mission, celebration, and generosity. This year's event features a silent auction, live auction, and our beloved Raise the Paddle — all in support of the young men of XJA. We are grateful for the overwhelming response from our community.

AUCTION AND PURCHASE POLICIES

Live Auction
The live auction will take place on April 29 during the Spring Social. All bidding is final. No bids can be withdrawn for any reason. We reserve the right to reject any bid at our sole discretion. Winning bidders will be notified at the event and will receive an invoice by email following the close of the auction. Mastercard, Discover, Visa, and American Express accepted. If you prefer an alternative payment method — including DAF distributions, stock gifts, or other arrangements — please forward your invoice to events@xavierja.org.

Silent Auction
The silent auction opens online on April 20 at 9:00 a.m. and closes at 7:00 p.m. on April 29. All bidding is final. No bids can be withdrawn for any reason. We reserve the right to reject any bid at our sole discretion. Winning bidders will receive an email with an attached invoice after the auction closes. Winners do not need to be present. Mastercard, Discover, Visa, and American Express accepted. Shipping and Item Pickup
Silent and Live auction items are available for pickup at Xavier Jesuit Academy (1601 California Ave, Cincinnati, OH 45237) by appointment. Please contact events@xavierja.org to schedule a pickup time. For winners who are unable to pick up their items, shipping may be arranged at the winner's expense. Shipping costs will be calculated based on item size, weight, and destination and invoiced separately. Please note that certain items — including experiences, gift cards, and event tickets — are not eligible for shipping and must be redeemed directly by the winner.

Purchases
Xavier Jesuit Academy is partnering with New Riff Works to offer a limited number of New Riff Single Barrel Bourbon. Payment is due at the time of purchase at the New Riff website. Mastercard, Discover, Visa, and American Express accepted.

Refund Policy
All items have been donated by local donors and community partners and reviewed by Xavier Jesuit Academy prior to entering the auction. All descriptions are believed to be accurate but are not a warranty. At the time of registration, we will collect information to verify your identity before you can bid. We collect credit card information to ensure that you are a qualified buyer. All bidders must be of legal age to bid. All items are sold as-is, with all faults. Our best efforts are made to represent all items accurately in descriptions and photographs; however, no warranty or guarantee is expressed or implied.
