XJA Staff Brings Acceptance Letters Directly to Families

It’s that time of year again! As Xavier Jesuit Academy prepares to enter its second year, we are filled with joy as our community continues to grow. One of our favorite traditions is making personal home visits to welcome our newest students. Principal Chandler, Lead Teacher Gong, and other XJA staff members are hand-delivering acceptance letters to incoming students and their families.

As planned, we are excited to continue expanding, now Grades 3-6. The response to XJA has been truly overwhelming. We now have waiting lists for Grades 4 through 6, and admissions for Grade 3 are nearly finalized.

In keeping with our commitment to cura personalis, care for the whole person, we believe that a home visit creates a deeper, more meaningful connection than simply sending a letter. These visits are another important personal encounter a family has with our school, and they help set the tone for the Jesuit educational journey ahead.

Principal Chandler reflects, “Seeing the joy on students’ faces when they receive their acceptance letter reminds us why we do this work. Each student represents hope and potential.”

We are incredibly grateful for the outpouring of support from the community and our local partners who believe in our mission. Because of you, we are able to welcome even more young men into a program grounded in academic excellence and character formation.
