Margie Lemkuhl Memorial

Marjorie Ann Lemkuhl (nee Hite, 1933 — 2026), born in Cincinnati, lived a life defined by faith, family, and generous service to others. A devoted wife, mother, and parishioner, Margie converted to Catholicism in 1959 and became a tireless force in her community at Little Flower Church in Mt. Airy. She was among the first Lay Eucharistic Ministers at her parish and helped launch initiatives that brought people together in celebration, mission, and prayer. Her warmth extended well beyond the church doors. She raised her children with love, discipline, and a deep commitment to education, filling her home with good food, laughter, and an open seat at the table for anyone who needed it. In everything she did, Margie led with her heart, and her last words reflected exactly who she was.

The Marjorie Ann Lemkuhl Memorial Fund at Xavier Jesuit Academy honors her legacy by supporting young men in grades 3-8 in Bond Hill and surrounding communities. Your gift will provide scholarship support, enrichment programs, graduate support services, and the resources needed to develop the next generation of faith-filled leaders.
