Xavier Jesuit Academy Featured on Let's Talk Cincy

Xavier Jesuit Academy was recently featured on Let's Talk Cincy, the Emmy Award-winning program hosted by Courtis Fuller and presented by Western & Southern Financial Group. The segment, which aired March 14 on Channel 5, took viewers inside XJA's Bond Hill campus to explore the school's mission and the people bringing it to life every day.

The feature highlighted what makes XJA distinct: an extended school day, small class sizes, one-on-one volunteer tutoring, and an enrichment program that gives young men exposure to culinary arts, music, and more. Viewers heard directly from school leadership about the intentional, community-rooted approach that shaped XJA from the beginning. Rather than importing a model from elsewhere, the school's founders listened first, asking Bond Hill residents what they wanted and needed for their young men.

Deacon Royce Winters, XJA founding trustee and pastor of Church of the Resurrection, also joined the conversation, reflecting on faith, vocation, and the urgent work of forming the next generation of leaders.

At the heart of the segment was a simple conviction: every young man deserves to be known, challenged, and equipped to become a Man for Others. At XJA, that is not an aspiration. It is the daily work.
