XJA Student in Uni

Our Mission

Preparing young men to be leaders and “Men for Others” through disciplined academic preparation for life, in the Catholic and Jesuit tradition, while enriching their families and communities.

The Five Pillars of XJA Formation:

  1. Cura Personalis: Care of the Whole Person (intellectual, emotional, social, physical, spiritual)
At XJA, every young man is known, valued, and developed holistically. Our small class sizes and dedicated faculty ensure that each student receives personalized attention across all dimensions of growth, reflecting the 500-year Jesuit tradition of individual care
  2. Formation on a Continuum (graduate support, college preparatory, Catholic university partnership)
Education doesn't end at graduation. XJA provides a seamless pathway from our rigorous high school preparation through college support and beyond, ensuring our graduates have the foundation and ongoing guidance to succeed in higher education and life.
  3. Counter-Cultural Values (significance over success)
In a world obsessed with external achievement, XJA teaches young men to measure their lives by the impact they have on others. We challenge the cultural narrative that equates worth with wealth, fame, or power, instead cultivating leaders who find fulfillment in service.
  4. Men for Others Ad Majorem Dei Gloriam (A.M.D.G.) - For the Greater Glory of God
Our graduates leave XJA with a deep understanding that their talents are gifts to be shared. Whether in boardrooms or classrooms, hospitals or courtrooms, they carry forward the Jesuit call to be "Men for Others," using their abilities to build a more just and compassionate world.
  5. Faith-Filled Leadership
Rooted in Catholic and Jesuit tradition, our young men develop a mature faith that informs their decision-making and strengthens their commitment to justice, service, and the common good.
